What is PhotoExtremist?

PhotoExtremist.com is a website currently owned by Evan Sharboneau (known as Vlue on DeviantaART and TheVlue on Flickr) that gives unique tutorials and images to photographers and photo manipulators.

Although the community is very early in development, you can join the PhotoExtremist group on Flickr, follow on Twitter, or watch on YouTube. Make sure you sign up on the mailing list to get reminders and special material.

Trick Photography (Infrared, UV, HDR, 360X180 Panoramas, Long Exposure photography, High speed photography, high/low key photography, using strobes/flashes, star trails, time-lapses, etc)
Photomanipulation and Photoshop (Dark dreamy portraits and scenes, photoshop collages, photo enhancement, optical illusions, color editing, adding dramatic lighting and color, etc etc)
Photography Basics (choosing a camera, learning about lenses, shutter speed, iso, aperature, equipment, composition and basic photoshop editing)
Comprehensive "How I made this image" type tutorials
"How to shoot..." type tutorials (Weddings, sports, bands, portraits, events, landscapes, studio, etc.)
How to get into Stock Photography

I might take a look at the tutorials if they were free, but if I had to pay for it, I wouldn't. I wouldn't pay for it even if the product contained information about ALL of the topics listed above
